Alexandria Real Estate's (ARE) 6.5M Common Stock Offering Prices at $101/Share

Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 6,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $101.00 per share in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The Company also granted the underwriters a thirty-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares. The offering is expected to close on or about July 12, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
