June 30, 2016 3:10 PM EDTToday's IPO for Syros Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SYRS) is pressing higher into the close. Shares last traded up 46.8% to $18.35 after pricing at $12.50 and opening at $15 earlier today.

June 30, 2016 6:26 AM EDTSyros Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: SYRS) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Syros has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares of common stock from Syros at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any.
