Kroger Raises Quarterly Dividend 14 Percent, Approves $500 Million Share Repurchase Program
June 23, 2016 11:19 AM EDTCINCINNATI, June 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Kroger Co. (NYSE: KR) today announced that its Board of Directors raised the quarterly dividend by 14 percent, to 12 cents per share, to be paid on September 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on the close of business on August 15, 2016.Â
Kroger today also announced a new, $500 million share repurchase program, replacing the prior authorization, which has been exhausted.
