Piper Jaffray Remains Bullish on CareDx (CDNA) Following Presentation of AlloSure Performance
June 14, 2016 9:07 AM EDTPiper Jaffray maintained an Overweight rating and $6.00 price target on CareDx, Inc (NASDAQ: CDNA) following the company's presentation of its DART clinical trial. Piper Jaffray would describe DART's first look data as solid with AlloSure a significantly better predictor of kidney health than creatinine.

June 13, 2016 1:01 PM EDTMarinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNS) 69.6% LOWER; announced top-line results from its Phase 3 clinical trial in adults with drug-resistant focal onset seizures. In this trial, ganaxolone did not meet the primary endpoint of demonstrating a statistically significant difference from placebo. Consistent with previously conducted studies, ganaxolone was generally safe and well tolerated. Marinus plans to discontinue its program in adult focal onset seizures and focus its efforts on advancing ganaxolone in status epilepticus and pediatric orphan indications.
