Weatherford International plc (NYSE: WFT) announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering (the "Offering") of $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of exchangeable senior notes due 2021 (the "Notes") by Weatherford International Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company and indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("Weatherford Bermuda"). The underwriters have an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional $165 million aggregate principal amount of Notes.
