First Republic Bank (FRC) Prices 2.5M Share Common Stock Offering for Proceeds of ~$178M
June 1, 2016 9:10 AM EDTFirst Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock for expected gross proceeds of approximately $178.0 million before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. First Republic has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares from First Republic. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P.
