Medivation (MDVN) Announces Filing of Consent Revocation Statement in Response to Sanofi (SNY)

(Nasdaq: MDVN) announced that it has filed a preliminary Consent Revocation Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in response to Sanofis preliminary consent solicitation statement filed on May 25, 2016. Both sets of materials are subject to the SEC review process, and solicitation of consent forms is not permitted prior to completion of this process.
