Northrop Grumman Increases Quarterly Dividend 12.5 Percent to $0.90 per Share

FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, a 12.5 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share. This is the 13th consecutive annual increase in Northrop Grumman's common stock dividend. The dividend is payable June 22, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business June 6, 2016.
