Lam Research Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 13, 2016 4:05 PM EDTFREMONT, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/16 -- Lam Research Corporation (NASDAQ: LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $191 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of March 27, 2016. The dividend payment will be made June 29, 2016 to holders of record on June 8, 2016. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
