Allison Transmission Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 12, 2016 4:01 PM EDTINDIANAPOLIS, May 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), the largest global provider of commercial-duty fully automatic transmissions, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's common stock for the second quarter of 2016. Payment will be made on June 3, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2016.
