Columbia Pipeline Group Announces Increase to Common Dividend
May 10, 2016 5:06 PM EDTHOUSTON, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc. (NYSE: CPGX) ("CPG") today declared a quarterly dividend of 13.875 cents per share on CPG's common stock that is payable on August 19, 2016 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 29, 2016, provided that CPG's proposed merger with TransCanada Corporation (TSX: TRP) (NYSE: TRP) ("TransCanada") does not close on or prior to the close of business on July 29, 2016.
