HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.095 per share of common stock. The dividend to be paid in May 2016 is approximately 50 percent lower than the fourth-quarter 2015 dividend of $0.1875 per share.
