CBOE Holdings Reports Solid First-Quarter Results
April 29, 2016 7:30 AM EDTCHICAGO, April 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today reported net income allocated to common stockholders of $49.2 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2016, compared with $42.1 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2015. On an adjusted basis, net income allocated to common stockholders was $49.9 million, or $0.61 per share, up 18 percent and 22 percent, respectively, over the first quarter of last year. Operating revenue for the quarter was $162.3 million, up 14 percent compared with $142.8 million in the first quarter of 2015....
