Ventas Reports 2016 First Quarter Results

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) (Ventas or the Company) today announced that normalized Funds From Operations (FFO) per diluted common share was $1.04 for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. Normalized FFO for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 was $351.7 million. Weighted average diluted shares outstanding for the first quarter 2016 increased to 339.2 million, compared to 329.2 million in the first quarter 2015.
