Ventas (VTR) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c/Share

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q1 FFO of $1.04, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $852.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $833.89 million.Ventas reaffirmed FY2016 guidance.
