DuPont (DD) Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend; 2.3% Yield
April 26, 2016 6:38 AM EDTDuPont (NYSE: DD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.

DuPont (DD) Tops Q1 EPS by 22c; Boosts FY16 EPS Outlook
April 26, 2016 6:33 AM EDTDuPont (NYSE: DD) reported Q1 EPS of $1.26, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.18 billion.
GUIDANCE:
DuPont sees FY2016 EPS of $3.05-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.03.
