Oceaneering (OII) Declares $0.27 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield
April 25, 2016 5:04 PM EDTOceaneering (NYSE: OII) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 17, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 27, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 25, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
