SecureWorks (SCWX) IPO Opens Slightly Lower After Weak Pricing
April 22, 2016 10:39 AM EDTToday's IPO for Dell-spinoff, SecureWorks Corp. (Nasdaq: SCWX), opened for trading at $13.89 after pricing 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, below the expected $15.50 - $17.50 range. The size of the offer was also cut from 9,000,000 shares.

SecureWorks (SCWX) Affirms IPO Pricing at $14/Share
April 22, 2016 8:20 AM EDTSecureWorks Corp. (Nasdaq: SCWX) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. In addition, SecureWorks has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of Class A common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 22, 2016 under the symbol "SCWX.
