Acacia Research Reports First Quarter Financial Results
April 21, 2016 4:00 PM EDTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acacia Research Corporation(1) (Nasdaq: ACTG) today reported results for the three months ended March 31, 2016.
Revenues for the first quarter of 2016 were $24,721,000, as compared to $34,210,000 in the comparable prior year quarter. GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2016 was $9,965,000, or $0.20 per diluted share, as compared to $13,130,000, or $0.27 per diluted share for the comparable prior year quarter.
