American Renal Associates Holdings (ARA) Said to Price IPO at Upper-End of Range
April 20, 2016 4:57 PM EDTAmerican Renal Associates Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ARA) said to price IPO at $22 per share, which is towards the higher-end of its expected $20 to $23 per share range.
According to an amended S-1 filing made today, American Renal Associates is planning to offer 7.5 million shares in its IPO.
