City Holding Company Raises Dividend On Common Shares
March 31, 2016 9:01 AM EDTCHARLESTON, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- City Holding Company, the Company (NASDAQ: CHCO), a $3.7 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, yesterday declared a dividend of 43 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of April 15, 2016. The dividend is payable on April 29, 2016. The dividend represents a 2.4% increase from the 42 cents per share cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2015 and follows a 5% increase in the cash dividend, from 40 cents per common share to 42 cents, approved by the board in March 2015.
