U.S. DoJ Sues ValueAct Over Alleged Violation of Premerger Notification Rules (BHI) (HAL)

The U.S. Department of Justice has sued ValueAct over alleged violations of premerger notification rules related to the Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI), Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) deal.
