After Three Months, Ampco-Pittsburgh (AP) Completes Åkers AB Acquisition
March 3, 2016 8:09 AM ESTAmpco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) announced that it has completed its acquisition of à kers AB (excluding its operations in France and Belgium) and certain of its affiliated companies (à kers Group) from Altor Fund II GP Limited. The execution of the definitive agreement was announced on December 2, 2015.
