Wall has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2016, following James H. (Jim) Mullen, Jr.s decision to step down as a member of the Board. Upon his appointment, Mr. Wall will serve as a member of the Boards Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nomination/Governance Committee.
