FBR Capital Remains Bullish on Ashford Hospitality Prime (AHP) Following Strong 4Q Revenue Results
February 29, 2016 9:05 AM ESTFBR Capital maintained an Outperform rating on Ashford Hospitality Prime (NYSE: AHP), and cut the price target to $15.50 (from $19.00), following the company's 4Q earnings report. Revenue came in at $88.2 million, exceeding consensus of $82.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $19.1 million, but missed the consensus estimate of $21.1 million, mainly due to the incentive fee.
