Teleflex (TFX) Restructuring and Tax Planning Largely Priced In - Leerink
February 26, 2016 8:56 AM ESTLeerink Partners analyst, Richard Newitter, is looking through the Teleflex (NYSE: TFX) increase in guidance because the bulk of the upside came from a lower tax rate. He raises the PT however as estimates increase. PT goes to $153 (from $143) on 19.5x 2017E EPS. The firm maintained a Market Perform rating.

Teleflex (TFX) Declares $0.34 Quarterly Dividend; 1% Yield
February 25, 2016 6:45 AM ESTTeleflex (NYSE: TFX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 4, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 2, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
