Morningstar, Inc. Reports Fourth-Quarter, Full-Year 2015 Financial Results

(NASDAQ: MORN), a leading provider of independent investment research, today announced its fourth-quarter and full-year 2015 financial results. Net income in the fourth quarter was $37.3 million, or 85 cents per diluted share, compared with $31.5 million, or 71 cents per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2014. For the year ended Dec. 31, 2015, net income was $132.6 million, or $3.00 per diluted share, compared with $78.3 million, or $1.74 per diluted share, in 2014.
