February 12, 2016 6:54 AM ESTVentas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q4 FFO of $1.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $841.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $810.05 million.
GUIDANCE:
Ventas sees FY2016 FFO of $4.07 - $4.15, versus the consensus of $4.19.
