Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 11, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock from the company at the public offering price.... More
