February 11, 2016 7:21 AM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 11, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc.
