Peoples Financial Services Corp. Declares First Quarter 2016 Dividend

SCRANTON, Pa., Jan. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable March 15, 2016 to shareholders of record February 29, 2016.

Peoples Financial Services Corp.
