MBT Financial Corp. Announces Dividends and Share Repurchase Authorization
January 28, 2016 5:08 PM ESTMONROE, Mich., Jan. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MBT Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MBTF) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the resumption of regular dividend payments beginning with a $0.03 per share dividend. This is the first dividend paid by the company since 2009. In addition, the Board of Directors also approved payment of a special dividend of $0.50 per share. The two dividend payments will be paid in a single distribution on February 19, 2016 to shareholders of record as of February 12, 2016.
