Penske Automotive Increases Dividend
January 28, 2016 4:33 PM ESTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Jan. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), an international transportation services company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the cash dividend to $0.26 per share for the fourth quarter of 2015. Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "The increase in the dividend reinforces our commitment to PAG's shareholders while reflecting the confidence we have in our cash flows and the overall strength of our business."
The dividend is payable on March 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 10, 2016.
