Crane Co. Reports Fourth Quarter Results and Provides 2016 EPS Guidance
January 25, 2016 5:17 PM ESTExcluding Special Items, earnings per diluted share (EPS) of $1.12 decreased 1% compared to $1.13 in 2014. On a GAAP basis, EPS was $1.11 compared to $0.95 in 2014. Sales of $681 million declined 7% compared to 2014, driven primarily by unfavorable foreign exchange of 3%, and a core sales decline of 3%. Introducing 2016 EPS guidance of $3.85-$4.15 with core sales in a range of -1.5% to +1.5%.
