CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) reported second quarter fiscal year 2016 net sales of $16.9 billion, a decrease of nine percent versus the prior year due primarily to foreign exchange impacts. Organic sales, which exclude the impact of foreign exchange and acquisitions and divestitures, increased two percent. Core earnings per share were $1.04, an increase of nine percent.
