Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. Announces February 2016 Distribution

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) (the Company or Apple Hospitality), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of February 2016. The distribution is payable on February 16, 2016, to shareholders of record as of February 2, 2016.

Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $17.82 on January 21, 2016, the annualized distribution of $1.20 per common share represents an annual yield of approximately 6.7%.
