TC PipeLines, LP Announces Fourth Quarter Cash Distribution
January 21, 2016 5:30 PM ESTHOUSTON, TEXAS -- (Marketwired) -- 01/21/16 -- TC PipeLines, LP (NYSE: TCP) (the Partnership) today announced that the board of directors of TC PipeLines GP, Inc., its general partner, declared the Partnership's fourth quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.89 per common unit. The distribution is unchanged from the third quarter 2015 distribution and represents a six percent increase from the $0.84 per common unit distribution paid with respect to fourth quarter 2014.
