Kinder Morgan's (KMI) Buy Rating Maintained at Deutsche Bank Following Q4 Results
January 21, 2016 10:52 AM ESTDeutsche Bank maintained a Buy rating on Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) with a price target of $19. Comments follow the release of Q4 results. Analyst Kristina Kazarian noted stronger than expected DCF and said fundamentals are solid.

Kinder Morgan swings to loss on $1.15 billion charge
January 20, 2016 4:27 PM EST(Reuters) - U.S. pipeline company Kinder Morgan Inc (NYSE: KMI) swung to a fourth-quarter loss after a $1.15 billion writedown on natural gas assets, and said weak commodity and stock markets could bring more trouble.
"Let me give you this warning, if commodity and equity prices continue to fall, then we may have impairments in future quarters," Chief Financial Officer Kimberly Allen Dang told analysts on a quarterly earnings call on Wednesday.

Kinder Morgan (KMI) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 75.5% to $0.125; 4.1% Yield
January 20, 2016 4:10 PM ESTKinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized. This is a 75.5% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.51.
The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2016.

Kinder Morgan (KMI) Reports In-Line Q4 DCF, Offers Outlook
January 20, 2016 4:09 PM ESTKinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) reported adjusted Q4 DCF of $0.55, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.9 billion.
Consistent with KMI's 2016 guidance provided on Dec. 8, 2015, KMI expects to declare dividends of $0.50 per share for 2016 and use cash in excess of dividend payments to fully fund growth investments.
