Cousins Properties Announces its First Quarter 2016 Common Stock Dividend
January 15, 2016 9:00 AM ESTATLANTA, Jan. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share for the first quarter of 2016. The first quarter dividend will be payable February 22, 2016, to common shareholders of record on February 5, 2016. The $0.08 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.32 per share on an annualized basis.  Â
