Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Fourth Quarter 2015 Distribution of $0.36 Per Share

WESTPORT, Conn., Jan. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended December 31, 2015 is payable on January 28, 2016 to all holders of record as of January 21, 2016.
