MVC Capital Declares Quarterly and Special Dividends
December 21, 2015 4:30 PM ESTPURCHASE, N.Y., Dec. 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MVC Capital, Inc. (NYSE: MVC), a publicly traded business development company that makes private debt and equity investments, announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular dividend of $0.135 per share. This regular dividend is the forty-third consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since implementing a dividend policy in July of 2005.
Additionally, due to the realization of capital gains from the sale of certain portfolio companies, the board has also declared a special dividend of $0.17 per share that was earned during the year.... More
