December 14, 2015 11:47 AM ESTROCKVILLE, Md., Dec. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH), a leading worldwide lodging company, announced that its board of directors has approved a 5 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock, representing an increase from $0.195 to $0.205 per share, effective with the dividend payable on January 18, 2016 to shareholders of record on January 4, 2016. The increase will result in a projected annual dividend rate of $0.82 per annum.
