December 11, 2015 4:15 PM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OHA Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: OHAI) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.12 per share.
Quarterly Distribution Declaration
The quarterly distribution in the amount of $0.12 per common share will be paid January 8, 2016 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2015. Management estimates that the distribution will be paid out of ordinary income for tax purposes.Â
