T2 Biosystems (TTOO) Commences 3.5M Share Common Stock Offering
December 1, 2015 4:21 PM ESTT2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTOO) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, T2 Biosystems expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
