Kingsway Financial (KFS) Approves 5% Common Stock Buyback Plan
November 23, 2015 9:01 AM ESTKingsway Financial (NYSE: KFS) announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has approved a program to repurchase up to 5%, or nearly 1 million shares, of its currently issued and outstanding common stock (the "Share Repurchase Program").
