Square (SQ) Prices 27M Common Stock IPO at $9/Share, Below Expectations
November 19, 2015 6:13 AM ESTSquare (NYSE: SQ) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $9.00 per share. 25,650,000 of the shares are being offered by Square, and 1,350,000 shares are being offered by the Start Small Foundation, a donor-Âadvised fund held and administered by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, the selling stockholder.
