Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 19, 2015 4:15 PM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.64, or $2.56 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable Dec. 28, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business Dec. 11, 2015.
The new amount is an increase of $0.07, or 12 percent, from the fourth-quarter 2014 dividend.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
