American Equity Declares Annual Cash Dividend on Common Stock
November 19, 2015 4:15 PM ESTWEST DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Equity Investment Life Holding Company (NYSE: AEL), a leading underwriter of index and fixed rate annuities, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.22 per share to owners of its common stock. This is a 10% increase from the $0.20 annual dividend declared on November 20, 2014. This marks the seventeenth consecutive year a cash dividend has been declared and the twelfth year in a row that the Company has increased its cash dividend.
