Aramark Services (ARMK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.1% to $0.095; 1.3% Yield
November 18, 2015 7:32 AM ESTAramark Services (NYSE: ARMK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.095 per share, or $0.38 annualized. This is a 10.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08625.

Aramark Services (ARMK) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c; Guides FY16 EPS
November 18, 2015 7:30 AM ESTAramark Services (NYSE: ARMK) reported Q4 EPS of $0.44, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.58 billion.
Aramark Services sees FY2016 EPS of $1.65-$1.75, versus the consensus of $1.68.
