Evolution Petroleum Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend; Participation in IDEAS Investor Conference in Dallas
November 16, 2015 5:00 PM ESTHOUSTON, Nov. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Evolution Petroleum Corporation (NYSE MKT: EPM) ("Evolution" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, a rate of $0.20 per share on an annualized basis, payable on December 31, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2015.
