American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.10 per share payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2016. The dividend will be paid on or about February 26, 2016.
